Some more 7" review pleasure

New review over on 7 inches. Check it on the click through. Also have a couple of local Nashville shows coming up. First one is going to be on Aug. 10th over at the Owl Farm with Chicago psychsters Crown Larks and locals T.G. Olson and Droneroom. Then on Aug.15th we make a return to the infamous Betty's for a night with Florida's own Sons of Hippies and local champs Cry Baby. We have a slew of out of town shows coming up, so stay tuned for those.

Show at Betty’s Saturday July 30th with the Frustrations, from Detroit and pictured above. Plus our good friends Square People Jazz Maturity. Hope you all can make it out. We will have our new cassette in tow. You better get one cause they be almost gone.

One From Nowhere

Show next Saturday night. Should be a burner of a good time. Come hang with us. The Whines(garage get down from the west coast),for some reason I thought they had broken up, but I guess not and Stabberboy(one man band from Cleveland). Rounding out the bill with us is our own home town stomp and flutter The Cherry Blossoms. Good to be playin with those guys again. So, get thy self to Betty's next Saturday after your Memorial Day grilling is done. And bring some cash for the touring bands.

Interview Time

We have a feature interview over at What Duvet Said right now. The Duvet is a San Francisco based blog and music podcast. They came out last summer to see us at the Hemlock and had very nice things to say after the show. Glad we could get back in touch with one another and make this happen. We appreciate it very much. So, check out the interview and download the podcast. We also have a couple of shows on the horizon, so get out your calendars. First up is June 30th with our Phillie based friends Creepoid and The Altered Statesman. We think this one is going to be at the Basement. The other one is going to be at our familiar stomping grounds of Betty's on July 30. This one is going to be with The Frustrations and our very good friends Square People. So mark 'em down because we expect everyone to be there.

Radiate, Transpire

A few pics of us from Betty's the other night. Great show. Fun times had by everyone. The Spooks and Far-out Fangtooth were great. We wish them well and safe travels. Just to give you a taste of what is in-store for us this year. We hope to be up their way, Philadelphia, later this year. More on that soon. Cody also blasted us with a few of his great songs. Blazing Saddles and Sonic Booms

Got us another show on the horizon. Should be a barn burner. Couple of hot-rods from Phillie passing through on their way to SXSW. The Spooks and Far-Out Fangtooth will grace this fare city with us and local mad-scientist Cody Gaisser. If you all ain't familiar with Cody. All you gotta think of is Here Come The Warm-Jets era Eno meets Ash Ra Tempel. If that ain't boner giving material enough for you. Then you better consider getting that little blue pill prescription filled. Yeah, I'm talking to you limpy! All this is going down on March 12th at Betty's Bar and Grill. Come out and join yours-truely for a bunch of Pete Kimber worship and stay for all the rock n' roll.

Back in the saddle...

First show of a new year. It's gonna a be good one. Psych duo Matta Gawa, from D.C., are gonna be in town to rip some skulls back. We will be launching to space for a few orbits. And Square People will bring us through the landing back on earth. It will be a good night to see us cosmonauts. It will go down at Betty's Bar & Grill on Feb. 23rd. I know it is a school night, but we promise to have you all home relatively early. We have to get up too, You know.

One Last Hoorah!!!

WOW! What a year we've had. We touched both the Pacific and Atlantic coasts this year, put out a few releases, all in different formats, spread our sounds and expanded our friendships everywhere we went. We have one last show this year. It's going to be on New Year's Eve-Eve. December 30th at Betty's with Horsehair Everywhere, Wren Schofield and Voyager(from Minneapolis, Minnesota). Hope everyone can make it out and have a last one with us. We are planning so much for 2011. We guess we need to pack as much in before the world comes to an end in 2012. Well, if you believe in that shit. Fuck! Hahahaa!
